Snowdonia and Granny Squares

Well, I've been busy crocheting granny squares as usual.  I did manage to escape to Snowdonia for a couple of days last week (I took my crochet hook and wool) and had a wonderful time and beautiful weather!  Here are a few snaps...
Great Ormes Head
We drove around Great Ormes Head on the toll road and were lucky enough to see the wild goats...

Great Orme Wild Goat
The scenery was beautiful everywhere you looked and I wish I lived there so I could use the wild goats and mountain sheep wool for my blankets. :)

And here is what I've been working on...

I'm writing the pattern up this weekend so it will be available for purchase in the week sometime.  The pattern uses little, medium and big granny squares using any scraps of jazzy colours and edged in cream.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
