On My Hooks...

I don't seem to have the capacity to stick to just ONE project at a time.  I'm always drawn by the thrill of setting off on a new crochet project (adventure) and soon find myself less than half-way through a load of different things.  Here is a selection of my latest projects, there are other woolly things being created on needles and looms but here are the crochet ones...

Big Wheel Square

I'm still working out the final pattern because this big wheel is a little less than round :)

Spike Square Afghan
As you can see, I've a long, long, long way to go with this one.  It sprang into my head yesterday so I rustled up this square quickly to see if it would work.  More thinking and scribbling of notes before this one starts to look like anything!

Retro Something Or Other
This is based on an old hairpin crochet pattern I saw in Mum's Book (a great resource for ideas) which I thought was gorgeous.  I still have some big gaping holes to deal with so I'll need my thinking cap, caffeine and silence to get this throw looking like it should.

I've also got a granny square blanket in my work basket.  I still haven't edited my holiday photos and I'm up to my eyeballs in knitting too.
